Contact a local Lactation Consultant, they usually are in contact with a store, or have a store that can accomidate generous breasts.
Have a measurement done and you may even want to go slightly larger than the measurement.
After getting a nice quality measurement you may even find that Lane Bryant bras are a great supportive and even attractive find!

Motherhood maternity has decent prices on maternity/nursing bra's if you need. I'm into a size E and think I am going to have to get a F !!!

DH and I took our prenatal class yesterday and the nurse spoke about the importance of having a bra that fit right. Hubby has been saying, maybe you need to buy new bras again. I've already gone from a 36B to 38C, but I'm growing out of those. We went shopping last night and bought 40C's. I'm not buying nursing bras yet, just nice supportive ones without underwire. I shudder to think what I'll be at when nursing, as with my first son, I went from a 34A to a 38DD. Course, like everyone else's hubbies, mine is loving it!! He wasn't there for first child, so this is the biggest he's ever seen me :p

Pricey, but sometimes you gotta go there -

www.figleaves.com has up to a cup size of a L or M. (each letter = one more inch larger in cup size I think)

I got way too close to the end of the line there with the twins. That was the only place I could find that had cup sizes that big. There are probably more out there these days, but that is the one I ended up using.

You can grab extenders at walmart in the craft/sewing area.
