Welcome! My twins are 4 months as well, and I am a SAHM too (although some days I wish that I worked full-time!).

My boys are 9.5 months old. Technically I'm on maternity leave (I'm Canadian - we get 12 months) so I don't quite classify myself as a SAHM officially...yet.

SAHM and loving every minute of it too! I don't ever want to go back to work. Even tho it is nice to have a break once in awhile, I would never want to be without my little ones for the majority of the day. I worked f/t with my toddler till she was 2. I missed alot!!

I just picked up a job part-time, while DH is home, and I have to say that I LOVE it! It is a nice break and I feel like I'm contributing to the finances. I'll search for full-time employment when the kids go to kindergarten.

I didn't vote, since there's not really a category for me; I work from home part time and out part time = full time work, but split pretty evenly :)
Welcome to Twinstuff; we're glad you found us, too!

SAHM here too! I miss working sometimes, I miss being able to go out for lunch with my friends from work! Working 8 hours a day (when I had no children) was so much easier than taking care of babies 24 hours a day! I might go back to work when the girls are a year old, I committed myself to staying home with them for the first year. After that we'll just have to see!

Technically, I am a SAHM who works part time. I am an RN and work two days a week (weekends, 24 hours). However, I ahve been picking up hours that push me to full time (32 hours), because we had a series of unfortunate events that happened last month which depleted our emergency fund. The extra hours are two short 4 hour evening shifts.

I love working part time. I get the best of both worlds. I get to be with my kids most of the time and still get to be out and about in the adult world.

I work full time outside the home. I work in public relations and I love my job. I am so much happier and feel more like myself now that I am working again.

:wavey: Welcome to TS! My boys just turned a year old a little over a week ago and I went back to work full time when they were 6 weeks old.
