New here

Well, I've been lurking for a few months, but kept worrying instead of posting.

I have a 4yo adopted daughter, and am now 14 weeks pregnant with twins via embryo adoption. I originally had triplets but lost one at 7 weeks. Then I was having problems getting released to my OB, and so I went 6 weeks between u/s. I had convinced myself that I had lost another baby to vanishing twin syndrome, but Monday I finally saw 2 babies!
Now I finally feel confident enough to post here.

I have already learned so much from reading of your experiences and I am glad to be here!

I was the same way, I didn’t introduce myself until I was 10 weeks and saw them dance on an u/s… but read every post from the moment I found out at 5 weeks…

Congratulations about the babies, although I am sorry to hear about the loss of your triplet. :hug99: I, too, lurked until I was so worried I came out of the woodwork. I hope your pregnancy goes smoothly!

Welcome to TS. I too waited until 14 weeks until I posted and had a big worry that I needed to hear others advice. Congratulations and I am sorry about your triplet.

I am sorry about the loss of your triplet. I had that happen to me to (we lost our third baby around 11 weeks). I was reluctant to post at first too, but this place has been great. Everyone is nice and helpful and I feel like part of a community. I think you will find it to be a tremendous resource for the rest of your pregnancy!

Wow! Congratulations to you. I am sorry that your third baby did not make it. I am new here as well, but so far everyone has been really nice.
