Hi everyone! I'm excited to have found a place to chat with other expectant twin moms! DH and I are very excited to be expecting twin boys after TTC for 2 years. I'm 29 weeks now and getting anxious to meet our boys. It's been a bit of a rocky pregnancy so far. I had some heavy bleeding and spotting from 12-16 weeks, and now the doctors are worried about pre-e. My blood pressure has been on the high end, my protein levels were high, and my feet were swelling terribly after working all day. At the beginning of April, my doctor decided it was time to stop working (I'm an elementary teacher) and put me on modified bedrest. Thankfully, it seems to be working because my blood pressure went down significantly at the following appointment and my protein levels went down as well. I'm glad to have found this site as the boredom of bedrest is starting to kick in. I'm excited to get to know everyone!!

 

Congrats and Welcome!! I'm a week behind you and also had bleeding/spotting in the early weeks as well (mine due to a Hematoma). Other than being extremely uncomfortable walking too much or sleeping on my sides (my hips hurt soooo bad), I'm doing ok now...just hoping to keep the babies baking for at least another 6-8wks!!
