New Here Too

    Hi Everyone.
    I finally decided to introduce myself after weeks of lurking here, I have learned sooo much from this website but felt weird saying thanks without intro'ing myself so anyway....
    My name is Jen (29) my DH is Bryan (29) and we have a beautiful little girl who just turned 3 this past week. We are expecting twin boys on Feb 14, 2009. My pregnancy has really not been too bad, just a bout of hyperemesis during 8-12wks and now a complete placenta previa. I have an appt today for Rhogam and GTT, really hoping I pass the GTT, DH thinks I am going to fail since I am as big now as when I gave birth to my daughter @36wks..But anyway looking forward to finally joining in.

    Hi Jen, welcome to Twinstuff! :welcome: Congrats on your boys! :Clap: V-day is a great day, my DS is a Valentine's day baby. :) Although you will most likely have them before that, but it's a good due date. :D

    I would encourage you to join our Big Sister Program. You will be matched up with another Mom with older twins. She will support you throughout your pregnancy. Click on the link in my signature for more information. It's a great program. :)

    She likes to tell everyone that there are baby beans in mama's tummy, but she always says they are girls and gets mad when told they are boys....She is a very girly girl. I think all the blue is going to scare her.....

    And I measured 36 weeks at 28 weeks so that's totally normal for a twin pregnancy! (Especially since it's your second pregnancy.) Good luck with everything!

    Congratulations and welcome!! If it makes you feel any better I passed my GTT and I was definitely as big at like 24 weeks as I was at 36 weeks with my son. It's just double the baby :)
