New Here to Twinstuff

Hi everyone! My name is Mandy and Im new here. I have 32 week twins that are now 11 weeks on Monday, chronological age! There names are Madelyn Grace and Melia Kate. They stayed in the NICU for 28 days. I am a NICU nurse also. We have a 5 year old little girl named Trinity also. We dont know if they are identical or not, but we think they are. We had an upper GI done this morning bc we are struggling with reflux, its a nightmare!! Well, just wanted to introduce myself!! Im sure I will have tons of questions, I have no clue what to do with twins, LOL!

How will I know all the abbreviations?

Welcome Mandy and Congratulations on your twin baby girls! How is your 5-year old adjusting to being a BIG sister?

 

Shes adjusting well, but she gets tired of us not being able to do for her right when she wants it bc usually I have one baby and my hubby has another! She loves them! She has been acting out in school but has been better this week!

Reflux was a total pain for us as well with Sydney....thankfully it doesn't last forever!!
Are you going to have a test to find out if they are identical or not?

How do I go about getting them tested? Ive heard it is very expensive.

 

Hi Mandy :welcome: . Sorry about the reflux its a drag for everyone. Twins are so much fun. Enjoy! I friend of mine just had her baby girls tested and they are identical, I recommend getting the test.
