New here and wanted to Introduce myself

Hi Everybody!!

My name is Sarah and I am married to my husband Douglas. We were married in May of 2003 and started trying for a baby right away. Unfortunately we didnt have the best of luck so we started seeing some doctors and we were told that IVF was our only way. So in Feb. 2005 we did our first round of IVF and it worked!!!

I am a first time mom to twins Nicholas and Natalie. I was due on November 24 and the twins arrived 11 weeks early on September 7. They both came in weighing a little over 2 lbs but thankfully there were no major health problems to worry about. They both were put on vents to assist with thier breathing. Im proud to say that both of them were vent free after 3 days!! Nicholas spent 40 days in the NICU and Natalie was there for 42 days.

I have heard about this board from another board and it is great to be a part of a TWIN board. Sometimes I have so many questions and I dont know where to turn. So I am glad to be part of a board that seems to be very active!

Welcome, I love this site as well. I do not post often, but do read every post that is posted. It is a great source of information, but it is also great to know you are not alone, there are lots of people in the same boat, with the same problems. You will love it!!!!

TS is terrific, but it should come with a warning label...very addictive. We have boards that cover everthing from expecting to crafting to tv and entertainment. Be sure to browse. It's terrific to have another twin mommy to share ideas with.
