My wife is 27 week pregnant with B/G Twin, it's been a rough ride but we are getting close. At 23 weeks she had a Cerclage procedure, and that has
    been going well so far.

The 2 have been growing the same size and weight until now, our Boy is about 8 Ounces bigger than the girl and has a slower heart rate as of today.
Is this something we should be concerned about? The OB didn't tell us much, except that we have a chunky baby.

    Is this Normal?

    Thank you.

If you're at all concerned Id talk to the OB. I know when my b/g twins were born our son was 1/2 pound larger than our daughter :)
Make sure your wife is eating her protein, getting her calcium and drinking her water! If she lays on her left side that will also increase blood flow to the placentas/uterus.

    Congrats!

Congrats to you and your wife! Twin pregnancy can be scary but beautiful remember to savor the moment! If you are concerned at all, write down your questions and tell the dr when you go for your next visit.

:wavey: and welcome to Twinstuff!! Congrats to you and your wife on your twins!! I'm not sure if this is something to be worried about or not. I would give your OB a call and have them explain things to you a bit more.  Good luck!! I hope your wifes' pregnancy is happy and healthy until the end.

Re size, keep several things in mind: First, boys are often larger than girls in utero. Second, ultrasound size estimates are not precise. My doctor keeps telling me, "You know these are just estimates, plus or minus some odd number of ounces." Third, the babies often have growth spurts at different times. Your boy could have just finished one. Your girl may be caught up by the next u/s.

Re the different heartrate, I don't think it's a big deal at all so long as they are both within range. It could be that your boy was napping during the u/s and your girl was moving. During one of my ultrasounds, Baby A's heartrate was 170-something and Baby B's was around 150. They're never exactly the same.
