nesting...

Okay, so all I can do is clean...the house and the clutter are driving me nuts!!! This weekend, I gutted the play room and the boys room,, this morning I scrubbed all three bathrooms, washed the windows and was trying to wash the kitchen floor when DH ordered me to sit (it's my birthday today). Am I nesting?? I also have a ton of energy and my Dad said I look like I feel better than I have all along...problem is I am not really contracting too much anymore...Dh thinks she's resting up for her big debut...but I am not convinced...I don't remember this with my other pgs...anyone here nest and have the baby soon after??? I am sooooo ready!!!!!

 

I never nested. I did clean & try to organize but only because I knew it had to be done before Evan made his appearance or it wouldn't get done. Not too much longer for you! Try to take some time to rest before she arrives! :hug99:

I never really nested... I got bursts of energy where I had to disinfect my house from top to bottom. That feeling comes on sporadically throughout my pregnancy. I thought nesting was only at the end?

 

I nested for almost two months before giving birth. It's wasn't just right before the baby was born and it was on and off in bursts.

 

Oh well, I was hopeful maybe it meant she was on her way! Only 2 and 1/2 weeks to go anyhow!! At least the house is clean for once...at least for today!!!!!

 

I too have this constant urge and desire to get the house in order but my children and husband are making it super difficult for me!! grrr.. I get so frustrated because the house will be spotless one minute and literally a disaster the next! I have been easily aggitated lately so that hasn't helped my situation at all... We are in the process of trying to sell our home because we want something bigger...... it isn't selling, which is no big surprise in today's economy and market....but anyways, with this I have been unable to get the baby's room organized so there is a ton of stuff just sitting in the extra room waiting to be put away... I want to NEST!!! If my house would just SELL I would finally be able to get started. Time is running out though - I'm 32 weeks... Hopefully it happens sooner rather than later.
