Avocado goes lovely with banana - just put it in the blender!

Wholesomebabyfood.com is a great site too.

Unfortunately my two have refused to eat any homemade food so far :(

I second the wholesomebabyfood.com site. I baked sweet potatoes and squash 400 degrees for 40 minutes and you just had to put it in the blender for a second to get the stringy parts mushed but then when they moved to stage 3 I just cooked and scooped. Don't forget to turn the squash skin side up in an inch of water while baking. Avocado is just mashing with a fork.

I LOVE the wholesomebabyfood.com site! There are tons of suggested additions to avocado and everything else there! You must check it out, especially if you are at the start of your "baby food making". BTW, I did get the Super Baby Food book from a friend and there are some great things in there, but I just feel like the wholesomebabyfood.com site is so much more accessible for exactly what you want.

Good luck! It has been one of my joys on the weekends!
