My boys are a little over 15 months and they seem to be bored with most of their toys. They are starting to get in to things they can do, like blocks and scribbling with markers. They have the laugh and learn play house and they play with it but not that much anymore. What are some good toys that I can get them, Dh and I are going shopping tonight. I just started back to work so I have a sitter that comes to the house 4 days a week so I'm trying to find things that she can do with them or that will entertain them. I'm not really comfortable with her taking them to the park yet. What do you all think?

I was just thinking of starting a post with this same question. I can't wait to see the responses.

My girls are just over 15 months too and their latest favorites are:

Board books - they turn the pages and babble as if reading
    Ride on/push car
    Magnadoodles
    Mega blocks
Anything they can stack (stacking rings, cups, etc)
    Baby dolls
    Fisher Price Little People farm
    balls - any size
    fake cell phones
    wooden puzzles

We have a nanny too and she takes the girls to the park, Target, story time at the library, and the zoo. You have to be comfortable first, but once you allow your nanny to take your boys out I bet they'll all love it. Before that time, we found that trips to less used rooms in the house kept the girls entertained (our bedroom and the living room were good for at least 1/2 hour each).

*Edited because I thought of a few more toys
