Valco trimode twin with toddler seat attachment. That way they all can sit.

I do not recommend a sit and stand for an 18 month old. My twins listen well but not well enough to stand there unstrapped. They also still nap in the stroller at 22 months! There are a lot of triple tandems but I have no real first hand knowledge of any of them.

I bought this stroller and my twins were 20 months when Zack was born. The back kid doesn't have to stand. There is a platform that they can sit on with straps. My twins take turns on who gets to sit in the stroller and who gets to sit in back. Its kinda heavy, but what can you expect with a stroller that big. Other than it feels like you are pushing a bus I love it. Also I have a Chevy Tahoe and it barely fits in the back so make sure you have enough room to take it in your vehicle.

Another vote for the Valco with toddler seat! I loved that thing! I had a triple tandem (Baby Trend I think) and it was horrible to push around. Also, you can look on any of the sites that sell the Joovy and probably find the folded dimensions.
