Next month is my girl's 3rd birthday and was thinking about getting them a learning game system. I'm a little overwhelmed at everything they have out and all the reviews seem to be pretty 50/50. I'm thinking maybe the Fisher Price Smart Cycle or maybe either the V-Smile or V-Motion. I'm wondering what you ladies have and what you've found to be the best deal for the money? Also does the game cartridges interchange from the V-Smile and the V-Motion? Thank you

We have the V-Motion and the V-Smile. The cartridges from V-Smile do work with the V-Motion. Just not the motion part, its the wireless remote that does work. It's very fun and really user friendly!

We love our Leapster. So much that we are getting the brothers their own for their bday (it's technically my 4 year olds). I get tired of all the fighting.

We did have a Vtech for a short time but nobody ever really got into it much.

My girls have a v-smile. They don't really use it, They would rather play the wii.
We tried to get Sydney to look at the handheld kids systems when she had a toys r us gift card, but she wanted nothing to do with them. Funny thing is when we go buy the DS demo she had to be pulled off of it.
