Need encourgement!

    Hey there. Ok, let me vent for a minute. I want to loose weight you guys! I need to loose at LEAST 25-30 more pds!
    I had the girls on April 1. After being on bed rest and having the babies was a lot for me to go through. So it's
    hard for me to get back to reality with going on a diet. You guys I cant fit into ANY of my clothes and it won't be for
    a while. I want to cry! It's the summer too. MY arms and my belly are the most jiggly. :( I really need to get my butt
    together and eat better. Yes, I am breast feeding (pumping). So I need to eat, but eat right and healthy. Please tell
    me something that gets my butt motivated!!! I excersise too but only a few days a week because those are the days
    the day nanny comes. When my hubby gets home I told myself that maybe I should go for long walks. But it seems
    like I'm running around in the house because the babies are fussy or something- Anyone else going through this
    and want to join my pity party! :)

    You can do it! You aren't even 8 weeks PP, so I wouldn't worry too much about it. The weight will start to come off. In the mean time, make healthy choices to eat. With summer here now lots of yummy fruit is in season. I've been having fresh pineapple to fix my sweet cravings. Also walks are great, especially for fussy babies. Put the babies in the stroller and go for a walk. It will calm the babies and burn calories!

    Give it time. It will come off. I hadn't lost anything at 2 months and I lost all of it by 5 months. BF rocks for losing weight.

    I agree with pp, you just had your babies, it's still so early! As for the belly, I'm really thin, but my belly is hanging there like a scary bag! My doctor told me not to worry about it until a year! I had a C-section and this skin has been sooo streched with the twin pregnancy anyway - and I can compare with my first pregnancy (singleton), which took much less time to get back to normal.

    The breastfeeding will help, definitely, especially if you BF exclusively. Season fruits look like a great option to fill up, especially watery ones, like watermelons. This way you'll have less space for junk food. Diversion may also work, find something else to do when you feel like eating a bag of chips.

    But whatever you eat, do make sure you're having enough calcium and vitamin D, the babies will deplete your stocks!

    well i am 5 months pp and i still have 20lbs to get off i gained about 60lbs total and i had the boys at 27wks so i gained alot. i totally know what you mean about the belly, its so sad for me to look at it sometimes just hanging there. Good luck andhopefully i can get motivated as well ;o)

    I'm 8 weeks pp and I have lost a lot of weight but still have a ways to go. I really hate that belly hanging over. I joined a gym and am doing the body type diet which seems to be working great. It was very hard for me to get motivated but i kept thinking what am I going to do when they start crawling. I won't have the energy to chase them. Plus I don't want to shop in the plus size section anymore.

    When you are ready, there is a weight loss forum here on TS that can provide support. I've been hanging out in there, and have lost over 20 pounds. But my girls are older, and for me, it was so much easier once they were STTN. Don't push too hard too soon, but when you're ready, there is help here online.
