Need advice for 16 yr old twin

Hi. I'm a mom of 16 year old identical twin boys. One coping well enough with the teen years as it relates to knowing 'who he is'. The other, not so much. Good boy, no other issues, but sad, often angry. I'm just starting to break down the barrier he's had up for a long time. But he feels that his hair is the only thing that sets him apart. He feels nobody seems him for him. Hates getting confused by teachers and others. Says he can't wait to be of college age so that he can get as far away as possible. But at the same time, he has no animosity toward his twin. Also says that one of the hardest things is knowing what his brother will say, having his brother say the exact same thing he's about to say, so there is some sort of telepathy thing going on too. I just want to help, but feel helpless and so upset that he's hurting. If anyone has similar experiences and can offer any suggestions, please let me know!
