Did any of you begin all over with the nausea and vomitting late in the pregnancy - say 32 weeks. Is that the norm? Especially at night and after eating more than a few bites? Is it reason for concern?

Thank goodness, no. I puked enough in the first 20 weeks for the entire time. HAHA [IMG] But, that being said lightly, I would mention it to your doc. I know that mine said it was not normal to do so, and could mean impending labor. I don't want to scare, but I would ask the doc. You are doing great and are so far already! Hang in there!

I still have nausea daily and occasionally I end up throwing up, about 1-2 times a week. If you have ongoing problems holding your food down at this point you should talk to your OB. The babies need a lot of nutrients.

My doc put me on protonix for heartburn which was causing most of my discomfort. But now that I am 30 weeks if I dont stay sitting upright after eating my food doesnt ever get to my stomach... just try sitting up for awhile. The babies are too big to let much room for your stomach.

yes! I actually was still throwing up at 32 weeks, both pregnancies.
It did get slightly better at around 5 months but once I let my guard down ( cut back on my med's ~ Diclectin) it came back with a vengence, right up until I gave birth. p [IMG]

Yes! I did and it turned out to be heartburn?!?! Go figure. I took Prevacid for about 5 weeks (then I delivered at 36 weeks) and it was instant relief. I thought it was crazy, but tell the doc.
