Naptimes are ending

As of the start of the week my 2 munchkins have decided they dont want to nap. I take them upstairs for a nap and jack keeps shouting no nap no nap and resisting to sleep for about an hour. I think that by xmas time they will be gone and my peace and quiet will be shattered! Im am so :cry: my babies are growing up x

 

Mine have done that a couple of times, but have gone back to a regular 2+ hour pm nap each time. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you that it is just a very short phase! GL

 

When this happens here, I'm going to implement my SIL's rule she used with my nieces. She would put them in their rooms for an hour and told them they can sleep, or read books, but that's it. It gave everyone some down time.

Probably a phase. Keep trying. Give him a book or two and tell him he must be quiet, he can sleep or read, but he must be quiet. My two don't always nap everyday, tho DS will more than DD, but they will nap a few times a week at least, and sometimes more than that (they don't nap as well at school, do better at home).
