Nap time questions

How old are your kids and what time is their nap? Also, how long do they typically nap? Oh, and what time is bedtime?

(Carys is 21 months and transitioning from 2 to 1 naps. I can't rememeber what is was like when the twins were this age. I think I blocked it out! :laughing: )

Almost 4 and they nap from 12-2 usually. They are getting shorter though.

 

4 in December and don't nap much now (well hubby can't get them to nap and he's with them during the week). They nap for me on the weekends, but naps are now only about 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours. I don't put them down usually until 2 or 3. Bedtime is between 8 and 9...depending on whether they have had a nap or not.

 

My boys are 2 years 4 months and they usually nap from 1-3, bed time is so up in the air usually 9.

 

At that age all of mine when back down about 5 hours after wakeup time for a nap that was 2.5 to 3 hrs then bedtime was 12 hours after wake up time. With the twins, wakeup was 7 am, nap 12 to 2:30 or 3 and bedtime at 7 pm. I miss naptime! It's been a year since we gave up naps.

 

They will be 4 in December. They usually nap 1-3pm but I have started waking them after an hour because they already wake me up in the morning at 6am.

 

At 21 months we did bedtime at 7pm, wake up at 7am, and nap from noon - 2:30. We're basically still on the same schedule now at 28 months too.

 

Mine are 25 1/2 mos old. They go to bed at 8pm...use to wake up 7ish. Although lately it has been early (6:30). They go down for a nap around 12:30-1pm. DS usually naps for 1.5-2 hrs. DD naps longer usually 2-2.5, but can go as long as 3.5.

 

My twins hardly ever ... my girl gave up soon after her 2nd birthday (occassionally she still naps, I still put her in her room), my son until age 2 1/2. Usually 1-3 or something in that range, but not after 3, so that they can still go to bed at 7 pm. My oldest napped until age 3 1/2 on most days (some days she was in school already). I wished the twins would still nap more consistently but I can't force them. They sleep 12 hours over night, sometimes a little more. They're happy. But they still go in their room at 1 pm ...

 

Mine are 3 years old (and 3 months) and still nap. DS naps from 1:30 to 4/4:30 and DD naps from 1:30 to 3. :good:
