Naming girls....

I'm expecting boy/girl twins in January, and we thought we had names sorted..... but our girl's name keeps changing.

Our little boy has been Joe from the start.

I have two other boys - Jack and Barnaby, when pregnant for the third time, I was convinced I was having a boy, and he was gonna be called Daniel or Joshua. However, I actually had a girl... and we had no names. After three days, she became Indigo (Indie) for short.

This time, we were trying to be prepared, and I thought we'd settled on a name - Amélie Estella....

But now my partner is throwing out more names...

Heidi
Holly (I kinda like this one too.... until I remember that the babies will take his surname, and she'll be Holly Holt - cute but is it silly?)

And then, in the middle of the night, I'm hoping from sleep induced madness, he suggested Pandora. And it's been stuck in my head!

 

Name her Isabella and call her Bella--thats waht I wanted at one time, but DH hated it

I really liked Holly every time but my dh wont go for it Pandora is really different but I think its cute. Are you still planning on using estella as her middle name?

 

My babies are due on January 4, they may arrive sometime in December - Holly is kinda... festive And ya - I think Holly Estella actually works... I wouldn't even know what middle name would go with Pandora!

I do really like Isabella!

It feels I go to extremes - no girl names, now too many!

My maiden name is Holt.
My nephew is Hunter - Hunter Holt. I *despise* the combination. Hunter is just fine. Holt is just fine, obviously. But I think they sound silly together.

 

Another day, another name!

I'm totally in with Evangeline, (shortened as Evie, or Evan). Maybe as a first name, maybe as a middle....

At this rate, by the time she is born, the list will be 60ft long.

My baby boy is still Joe.
