naming 3rd child

We don't know yet if the one on the way is a boy or a girl.
If it's a boy we're very seriously thinking of the name Rigas -that means prince in Greek it's a rare name which I absolutely love. Now we live in Greece and here that name would be unique but accepted well. I'm wondering how it sounds to your ears in the US or other countries. I'm half american we travel alot and I would think twice about a name that would cause problems in another country.
If it's a girl I'm wondering if I should continue the theme the twins were named after or go for something totally different. In Greek the name Iris (in addition to the flower and part of the eye) means rainbow. Nefeli means cloud. Should I continue with the nature theme or not?
I would appreciate any honest reactions

 

my twin granddaughters have greek names honoring their dad's greek heritage.
One is Jacinda Ianthe and the other is Tiana Amara. Cant remember the meanings off the top of my head.
What is the pronunciation of Rigas??????

 

If it is pronounced "Ree-gas", I like it. It's kind of like Regis.

It is nice to have a theme to your children's names. All of our kids also have nature names.

 

I like Rigas- It's not common, but not so far out there that people won't be able to pronounce it. I think there could be a slight issue of having to correct people that his name is not Regis.

If you have a girl, I would definitely continue with the nature theme. It woud be so cute and make your singleton feel as if she is part of the group.

I am sure I would mess up the pronouncation, but I always do anyway. I do really like the nature theme. I would keep with that.
