Does everyone have thier names picked out for the little one? DH and I are struggling with girl names again. Since we don't know what we are having, we wanted to have a few picked out for both boy and girls. It's driving me crazy not having one. Oh well, I guess I have a little bit of time.

7 months Today! Only two more to go!!!!

We still aren't 100% sure on our girl's name--although that is what we are told we are expecting. We have had the boy's name picked out all along. I doubt we will have a definite girl's name until the baby is born.

Congrats on 28 weeks (7 months)!! That's such a great milestone!

We didn't know what we were having either... We had a girl's name picked out, but even while timing contractions, we still didn't agree on a boy's name. We had two boy names, first names only, no middle names at all. Let's just say it was a good thing we had a girl or we still might be in the hospital...

Contrats on making it to 7 months... those last 2 months will go by fast...

We found a girl name that we both liked. The last few weeks I have also like another one but DH doesnt like it. I have a boys named picked out since being pregnant with our girls but once again Dh isnt sure about it. If he doesnt hurry up and come up with something else the name I like is going to be the one thats chosen if its a boy!!

We have had a girl's name picked out from the beginning...boys names were another story! I am sure if we were having a boy he would have remained nameless for some time!! Good luck...it's getting so close!!

we said if we had a boy that would be his name
girls Darlene after my mom passed and rose after his gma passed.

never really thought about other names just knew these were the ones

We are pretty sure we have a name picked out...we do have 2 boy names secured though...lol...that's when happens when you get all girls. I only have 23 days left...we need to get that finalized!

We have a first name, but not a middle name. We haven't come across anything that inspires us. I have a feeling it's going to be a last minute decision.

We have a front runner, but DH isn't ready to commit. My family isn't crazy about it so that's giving us second thoughts...not that it should influence our decision. It's frustrating because we finalized the twins names pretty quickly and this time around, we are having a hard time finding anything we really love.

My DD is having the same problem. She knew very early what the twins' names would be, even before she knew they were both boys. This time around she had a girls name picked out but she's having a boy. And she's stressing because she hasn't decided on the name yet but she still has three months and I keep telling her to relax!

Her boys are Preston Michael & Layton Tyler. Her choices (this week!) for this baby are Callan James, Collin James or Matthew James. Oh and maybe Christian but she doesn't like James with Christian.

She keeps bouncing names off of me and I just tell her that I'll love whatever she picks, which is no help at all to her, lol. I just don't want to weigh in on the decision too heavily because my mom did that to me and convinced me to change my mind at the last minute with DD, and I wish I hadn't caved in to her.

Whats funny is the babies' genders were a surprise so we had four names picked out (two girl and two boy) but I don't like any of the names we choose so its square one for us! But I have plenty of time!

I am 25w3d and we have a name picked out. It's funny because we had a boy name and two girl names picked out and as soon as the ultrasound tech said it was a boy I looked at my DH and I knew we were thinking the exact same thing: we didn't like our boy name anymore :) It took a couple of weeks but we came up with something. I said all along that I wanted the baby to have his own first name and a family middle name and that wasn't the case at all - we are using a variation of DH's great-grandfather (they were very close and he died when DH was 7; no one else uses his name) and a middle name that just sounds nice with it (several cousins/uncles have this name, but it won't be in honor of any of them). DH and I are keeping the name a secret but we use it all the time when talking/emailing each other about the baby so I don't think we'll change our minds now, it just seems "right" to use this as our name. Of course if it's a surprise girl we still have our two names although I think I'll surprise DH if it comes to that because I like the one that he liked more more now. ;)

Have fun deciding, you still have plenty of time to figure it out!

That is the same for us. We are 1000% sure on the girl's name...Megan Grace...but we cannot decide on a boy's name. We like the name Alexander for a middle name and call him Alex, but we cannot agree on a first name to go with it (and most names do not sound right if Alexander is first and something else is in the middle).

And we have the opposite problem for our boy...middle name picked out but not the first name. It would not surprise me if it is late inthe game before we have the first name picked out if we find out we are having a boy. We hope to find out in abt 10 more weeks (16-18 weeks along).

We haven't really started with names yet. It took us FOREVER to settle on the twins' names and we changed them a few times before we ended up with Connor and Heather. We both have thrown out a few names, but we can't seem to agree. At least we have lots of time. :winking0009:

    Good luck with your decision!

We still don't have a name picked out and I have 28 days left! DH doesn't like my 1st choice, and we can't make a decision between 2 other names. It's so frustrating! I think she might not have a name until we have to commit at the hospital!

Ugh...this is why we are NOT mentioning ANY of the name choices to our friends and family. Seriously, no one has a clue what we are considering. The twins know, but they can't say it, so no one has been able to figure it out :)

We have no names yet. Actually, I take that back. We have had a girl's name picked out for nearly 15 years, and now we aren't set on it. And to make things more interesting, we now work with a woman who has the same 1st and middle name.

Well, we actually agreed on a boy's name tonight! DH's dad's name was William Glen ***** Jr...so if we have a boy he will be Alexander Glen and we will call him Alex. I cannot beleive that we actually agreed on one this early on. I am still kinda hoping for a girl, but at least if we do have a boy, he will not be nameless.
