I'm SO DONE with Christmas shopping! The boys make it too challenging to be any fun. I bring snacks but no toys because I don't want the security guards coming after me when I try to leave. Anyway, I tried a morning trip thinking they'd be in a good mood. HA! They wanted out of the stroller NOW and Trent was so motivated that he wriggled and squeezed his way out of the seatbelt losing his pants and diaper in the process. You should have seen the people turn to look at me unbuckling a half-naked toddler and putting him back together right there on the floor. I was on the opposite end of the store from the bathroom and there was no way I was wheeling him in all his glory across the store  I think Grandpa's getting a gift card because he's the only one left on the list and I don't know if I have another shopping trip left in me.

Oh, and I picked up fudge making supplies and a woman stopped me as I was on my way out of the grocery section to ask if I knew they were eating decorating sugar... they had swiped a bottle from the shelf and were feeding it to each other.

OMG - sorry for the trip, but it was cute to read about it. Not cute to go through it though, I'm sure.

oh my goodness!!!!! Along with the blesssing of twins we all have the great stories..... Had to laugh though if it was me i would have been seeing red. I ahte when they pull crap like that.. UGH! so hugs!!

Ken and I were out with the boys one night and B wiggled out of his belt,.. and somehow got into the basket under his seat. I had a diaper bad in the basket so I could not see anything that was in front of it. we were getting to leave the store so we stopped to pout their jackets on and DH says wheres brandon.. Now c'mon I freaked what do you mean wheres brandon. By this time he was all the way under the front seat in the basket laughing and laughing all the way...... I was having a heart attack thinking how could someone take my son from under my nose I NEVER took my eyes or hands off the stroller.... What a day!!!!

He pulled that crap a few more times then got over it.. Tahnks god

Oh my gosh, I'm laughing although if I was in the situation it wouldn't be so funny. My Lily does not want to be in the stroller anymore and climbs out. I keep tightening up the straps, but she keeps escaping. Now I'm a little afraid to tighten up anymore. :)

Oh ya, soooo know what your going threw. So busy around here with everyone shopping for Christmas and all the snowbirds in town making the traffic just horrible. Forget about Christmas shopping, I learned my lesson last year. But just going to Costco to get milk and juice is hard enough for me to go alone this time of year as takes forever just to do that. Last time at Costco the girls flipped out because there weren't shopping carts outside, so had to go inside to get one. I had to literally drag them in as they were screaming cart and trying to go back to where they usually are...talking total melt down.
This year I already had it in my head one run around for gifts. So I went to the dollar store one day while DH could watch the girls, and got enough to be opened on Christmas. I get them most of their big Presents for their Birthday anyway.
Although we did have to hit the mall once to get them snow suites as only sports store that carries them in the area, I took DH but boy that was a trying day.
    Happy Holidays,

It's stories like that that remind me of how much I LOVE online shopping! That and 2 day a week preschool! I never would have made it through this shopping season without those 2 wonderful things! :)

 So sorry to laugh, but don't you love the fact that our kids make such great memories for us! Have a wonderful Christmas, and hope Grandpa enjoys that gift certificate.

Trent & Trevor take the cake in the mischievous Department.

I'm no longer going to pretend that my boys are even in the same LEAGUE as yours!

Every time you post something like this I still get a little giggle from the "Swiffer Story".

Thanks for the chuckle...sorry you had a rough day.

How about a coupon for a play date / lunch for Gpa? Or maybe a nice, recent framed photo of the boys? Get on winkflash and see what they have....or overstock.com has lots of good deals too.

At that age it was too hard to take mine anywhere! They just wouldn't behave. So far, the 3's have been more pleasureable. They have settled down so much.

OK, I won't complain about mine taking shoes and socks off in the stroller and pulling each other's hair!
