After childbirth and during breastfeeding, I've encountered the problem of brittle and weak nails. They used to be strong and healthy, but now they have become brittle and fragile. I've been searching for solutions to strengthen my nails, but many conventional methods haven't yielded the expected results. I would be grateful for any advice and recommendations on nail care during this period and ways to restore their health and beauty. Need Advice!

Oh yes, it's a common issue that requires a long recovery. Nails and teeth always suffer during breastfeeding. I wish you good luck, everything will work out.

Those months after childbirth can really surprise you — nails, hair, skin, everything seems to tell its own story. After breastfeeding, my nails turned paper-thin too. What helped most was patience plus small daily habits: keeping nails short, using cuticle oil every night, and wearing gloves for dishes. I also focused on protein, iron, and biotin through food rather than supplements. Hydration mattered more than expected. Funny enough, self-care reminders came from everywhere — even random searches like harrys phone number while multitasking at 2 a.m. Bodies rebuild slowly, but they do recover. Gentle care really adds up over time.
