My WONDERFUL Appt. Today!

Today was my 20 week u/s. We got some great shots of our baby. There is 100% sure only one baby!!! There was alittle doubt because of the size of me but there isnt any doubt anymore. Oh he/ she is so Big now!! he/she is lieing sideways and didnt NOT want to move from that spot. The u/s was great but we couldnt measure everything we needed because he/she wouldnt turn, only kicked and arched its back to try and push the u/s tech off. She got alot of little kicks more than my Dh has felt so far. Even if we wanted to know the sex this baby wasnt going to let us see anyways, its legs wouldnt open or it wouldnt unroll from the ball it was in for very long. The heart and everything looks good but they didnt get all the details of it that they liked. By the u/s calculations our baby weighs 1 lb already!!

My bloodpressure is staying at 140's over 75. Of course the dr would like it lower but it hasnt changed yet so YAY still no BP meds!! I lost 1.5 pounds this month. So weird that here I am able to gain weight and not be afraid too and I keep loosing! Because of my blood abnormality I will start taking shots of vitamin b12 a couple times a week now. I didnt realise how seriuos some of the problems related to this were but we are on the right track to getting things undercontrol. Its an abnormality in my genes, and is passed on to my girls so now I am going to go have them tested as well. The short name of it is MTHFR. Anyhow this is another topic all of its own, but its expalins so much as to alot of health problems I have had through out my life its almost a relief to know it wasnt all in my head or anything. This was just a great appointment and I am just beaming today. I am attaching the 3D pictures of our baby, one of them you can see a big smile! its so SO preciuos!!

Congratulations!!! Those u/s photos are amazing. Glad to hear all is well healthwise all things considered.... Keep up the good work! --P.

Congrats. Those 3D ultrasounds are amazing. You can really get a good picture of the baby.

I've never seen 4D shots, you can really tell what the baby looks like. That is so neat!
