since the kids were a month early do i still put them on cows milk at a year or should i still be waiting an extra month? They also do have reflux but is almost gone, thank god!

I would talk to your pedi and see what they say. My girls were preemies and we waited until their adjusted age to transition them to cow's milk.

i was thinking i should wait to since unfortunately most of the doctors here in Jordan (middle east) dont know about the reflux .

I don't see how it could hurt them either way. My boys were over 2 months early, and our pedi recommended that we go ahead and switch them over at 12 months. They were growing well (about 50 percentile), so she said there was no reason to wait. But, there's no harm in waiting a month either, so trust your gut.

My boys were 36 weekers, and never considered early in terms of any developmental milestone. Their ped had me switch them at 11 1/2 months.
