My sweet girls

    The last two nights at bedtime Ana has given me a big hug and said "I love you mommy. Thank you for reading us stories tonight!" I've read them bedtime stories since they were born practically, but for some reason she has decided to thank me. Made my heart melt :wub:

    Then Meara just called me at work (Ok, DH dialed, but she spoke)- "Mommy you forgot to give us kisses!" I didn't, but how can you argue with a 2 1/2 year old. So I blew kisses into the phone and she kissed the phone back and said "I love you mommy. I'll see ya later!" and then she hung up. :wub:

    Oh, that is so amazingly sweet! If only you could send a postcard of these moments back to yourself during the worst moments of utter sleep-deprived desperation and misery when they were newborns, to say, See? It's not all just give give give with no reward, they will start giving back. :wub: You've earned it!
