My son has peed on the potty yeah

Ok we are slowly training my son. He still wears diapers all day since he is very stuborn but he will go potty before bath almost everytime. He also went today when I was changing him out of his morning diaper after breakfast. I asked him if he wanted to go and he ran into the bathroom. I put him on the big potty with a seat and pointed his penis downward he did a drop and smiled and asked if he was done. He told me no (which no means no and yes to him) but I left him on longer and he pushes and I heard a nice stream of pee :banana: (sorry if this is tmi). But when I got him off he had gotten some pee on the seat insert. Is there a way to point his penis down where he won't get pee on the seat or a way to sit him so he doesn't? We aren't pushing him but he is showing some signs of being ready to train.

I made sure that everytime he peed we told him to tuck his willy in!! He soon got into the way of everytime he sat down to make sure it was tucked into the potty. x

 

I sit Trevor on the potty and have him put his legs on the side, so he's straddling the toilet. Then I have him lean forward, he likes to watch it :lol:, and I push his penis down. Everything has stayed clean this way.

 

A quick lesson from DH (younger boy better, if available) and the reminder to 'poke your penis down'.
