everywhere I read tells me I'm ok but everyone around me is freaking out... I'm not worried

The sites I"ve read say that if I've had them... which I have... then there is no danger to the baby (s) and if I haven't then the danger is in the 1st and 2nd trimesters AND at delivery. So as long as the babies stay put for the next 5 weeks like they're suppose to everything should be ok... right?!

Both girls were vaccinated but I know they can still get a mild case. They aren't itchy and didn't have a fever before hand, they both just broke out in spots today.

All 6 of my children had the chicken pox in January when I was only about 4.5 months along. I too have had them and heard the same thing as you. It's hard not to worry. And I just won't know until this baby is born if anything happened. I'm sure everything is going to be alright with you and with me. I hope your girls get over them quickly.

I also think that even if the babies were here today (and not in the hospital), they would be covered by your immunity for the first 6-8 weeks or so. They're not itchy? I remember when I had them and oh my how they itched. Get some Aveeno oatmeal bath stuff just in case. :)

Oh poor kids! And poor Mom!

I'll give yah hugs! I had them for the first time at 29 and I'm 32 now. Aveeno oatmeal bath, calomine lotion, and jewelweed soap if you have an herbalist around. They all kept me from going nuts!

My friend actually got the chicken pox when she was pregnant in the 6th month, she got really really sick and landed in the hospital for over a week, but her daughter was absolutly fine with no side effects what so ever.
