My Nipple hurts

All of a sudden i woke up with a sore nipple and its just my right hand side, it is very sensitive even if the bra touches it. It hurts like crazy if anything touches it, is it normal for your nipple to be this sensitive did any of you experience it ? please let me know and is there anything i can do ?

This is my first time posting on this site. I just registered. I'm 28 wks tomorrow and The last couple of days I have had the same problem. I think it is pretty normal, have you found out anything more about it?

 

feels like your nipples are on a hot grill ? Yeah what is that ? I had some of that nipple lanolin cream and I found when I put that on it really really helped to make it stop. I purchased 2 tubes thinking I would use a TON of it but trust me get the smallest tube possible and you still wont' use it.

To be on the safe side you should have a doctor look at it. You could have clogged milk ducts and that can cause an infection. Before it started to hurt did you have any leakage?
