My mother has a nasty case of bronchitis. She's been on 3 or 4 different antibiotics and is only now getting slightly better. This has gone on for more than a month and I miss her and she misses me and the babies. I'm worried that if she visits the babies or I will get sick. Do you know if it's contagious?
    Thanks for any info.

I would err on the side of caution myself. That's me though.

IMO I would wait until she is fully recovered if your babies get it it will be horrible not to mention you who is pregnant.

I would make a quick call to the pedi's office and ask them. Give them all the info and see what they say!! After being on antibiotics for a while, she may not be as contagious - but I would find out FIRST!

Remember how awful it is to cough when pregnant? Just keep telling yourself that until you find out!

I would say no...I know it is hard to see her, but you don't want the babies or yourself sick!

I hope she feels better soon!

I would hold off on the visit as well.
