my little schemer

    A few days ago, I had a really splitting headache. Ever since, Ivy has been coming up with very "helpful" suggestions to try to take care of me.

    Like if she wants to go to the park, "Mommy, I have an idea! Maybe some fresh air will make your head feel better."

    Or if she wants to sit and read stories (=all the time), "Mommy, you know what I was thinking? Maybe if you read to me your head will feel better!" And she says it in this oh-so-ingenuous tone, too.

    Cracks me up to see those little minds at work! :rofl:

    If I am upset or not feeling well, my DD will come over and say "Feel better Mommy" or "Hug!" and gives me a big hug :wub:

    mine usually say "mommy are you sick" (which everything equals sick) and if I say yes (if my allergies are bothering me or whatnot) Abby will ask me if I'm going to "frow up" LOL
