My latest ultra sound

Had another ultrasound today and the weights are 5lb12oz for twin A (boy) and 5lb8oz for twin B (girl).

OMGosh, I am carrying over 11lbs of baby around
No wonder I am so uncomfortable. The Dr also noticed me itching while I was there and made me go for a blood test for some condition. (?) Cant remember what - preggo brain. Something about my liver.
The student Dr took my BP and said it was 117/94, so I had to go sit with a midwife for 15 mins having it tested. The student Dr must have messed it up because the midwife kept getting 110/70
Basically everything is fine. (Apart from the itching thing - but for some reason I dont think there is anything wrong with me)
I am back there again next week, but the Dr hasn't said anything about booking in for an induction or a c-section and it is only 2.5 weeks away..........I guess I'll just ask him next week. I get the feeling he thinks I will go into labour on my own. I am doubtful. Still no stretchmarks but I am sure they are coming coz my poor belly cant take this forever. My bellybutton hasn't popped yet either hehehe.

wow no stretchmarks and no popped belly button??? wow thats sounds like a dream i wish i was like that my belly button has traveled to a distant land and strecthmarks have claimed their territory...

 

hi fellow aussie. I'm very impressed too at the no stetch marks! amazing. Ive got millions and also a rash in them - and had to go for a blood test today also to check my liver is causing the rash issue. why do you think labour wont come on by itself? just a feeling?
BTW - which state you in? Im in Brisbane.

Oh, you're SO lucky with no stretchmarks, I got my first a few weeks ago.....depressing My belly button hasn't popped yet either, hehe.

I am in Victoria. The reason I think they wont come on their own is because they seem quite comfortable in there and the lowest twin is not even engaged yet. But yeah, as you said - just a feeling, a feeling that I will be pregnant forever.lol. I think the reason I dont have any stretch marks yet is because I have old ones around on my hips from when I was a kid, making more room.(?)
