My Girls are FINALLY here!

I went in for my induction as scheduled 530 am 2/20/09. Got all set up. Pitocin started kicking in quick. At about 715am Dr. came in to break my water. This is when everything started to go so quickly. I started having much more intense contractions. So intense my nurse rushes in and tells me to get on my right side!! She handed me the oxygen mask and told me "somethings going on--and the babies don't like it!!!" She stopped the pitocin and called my Dr. overhead. I was so scared- I couldn't even talk due to the intensity of the contractions. It so happened that the babies did not like the pitocin and their heart rates would drop dramatically when I had a cintraction. So My Dr. told me " I'm sorry but this is going to end up as a C section" I was totally fine with it- I just wanted to get the girls out anyway possible!!

Everything happened so quick!!! We're all doing great!! Breastfeeding is going well! so far so good!!

Izabella Avery born at 10:08am 4lbs 9oz.

Mia Rylie born at 10:09am 5lbs 11oz.
