    Hi everyone!
My girls will turn 3 months old tomorrow :) It has been such an amazing adventure with them!
I decided to work on their "First Year Video" in 3 month increments (so it wouldn't be such a big job at the end of the year...)
If you're interested, here's a link to view it:
    Part 1 - birth to 3 months

also - can twins start out looking nothing alike at birth but as they get older look more identical? In some photos I hardly think my girls even look like siblings... but as they got older (like just these last couple of weeks) they are looking alot alike to my family and I... just wondering if any others out there thought the same thing about their twins...

Aubrie is now 13lb 9oz and Lexi is 12lb 5oz.
If you take the time to view the video - TIA :)

Are you questioning whether they are identical or not? Girl, those girls are ID no doubt!!! Were they di/di?

As for the video, that was fun! You have some really awesome photos of the girls. Just one correction I saw was the word "their" at minute 2:49.

Thanks for sharing. They are beautiful!!!

Great pics… I’m impressed with all of them…
Mine look more and more alike as time goes on… if anyone goes a week without seeing them they hesitate on who is who… but Nathan still weighs more is the only way to tell them apart…

ok.. this is going to show how naive I am - is di/di where they have seperate placetas AND sacs??
since we found out we were having twins later on.. they weren't sure if they shared a placenta or if it had just fused together - u/s always showed one (I'm sure they told me during the birth if it was fused and I'm sort of thinking that was the case - but I was otherwise occupied to really remember that detail - lol
and they did have seperate sacs...

Yes di/di is seperate placentas and sacs. We found out at 19 weeks and it looked like there was only one placenta and two sacs. After the birth there was a pathology report done on the placenta and it turned out to be two fused. We now need a DNA test to confirm id or frat. I'd call your Dr. and see what they determined.

    Hi everyone,

I am new to the board and see there are a few of us who delivered within days of each other. My boys were born April 27 at 12:52pm and 12:53 :D

The video at the top of the page is amazing. The photography is beautiful. What a great way to capture all those memories.

Happy 3 months!! Time sure is flying by!!

Happy 3 months girls!!! What a cute montage! I think they look slightly different at birth because of the different weights, but their facial features are very much alike. I'm bad at the ID/Frat game (she avi for my very obvious frat girls!), but if I had to guess, I'd say ID. Are their blood types the same?

They are just gorgeous!! I can tell them apart so I would guess fraternal. My placenta was fused as well but my boys are definitely fraternal.
