My Girls are 1!

My girls are now 1. It doesn't seem that long ago that I brought home these two tiny helpless baby girls. Now I have two little adventures always into something. Both of them love to climb the stairs, chase each other around the house, walk around the house holding on to anyones hands, love bathtime, will sit while I read them a story, eat anything in site.
The first year has been a challenge, but so worth it to come home from work to two smiling bouncy baby girls.

The birthday party was smallish there was about 14 people in our very small house. Emily didn't want anything to do with anyone other then us. Victoria went to a couple of select people. Victoria dived into her cake there was icing everywhere, but she had fun and actually ate the whole thing. I made teddy bear cupcakes. Emily ate a little of her cake, but mostly she wanted to be away from the people.

They both had a bit of a cold we thought, by tuesday it had developed into lung infection for both of them. They are both now on antibotics, but are doing well.

I havn't been on the site much lately as I went back to work in January. The first couple of week of dropping the girls off at the sitter were rough, but it is all worth it when they both light up at the end of the day as soon as I walk in the door. Our sitter is great which also helps.
