Hello! My name is Wyatt I am 19 years old, I was diagnosed with CMT when I was born.

I just wanted to share a little of my fitness journey along with a few small photos.

My body weight currently is 192lbs , I am on a bulk I am 5'11.

II started lifting when I was 13 years old I weight 240lbs.

I had wanted to make a change and become more healthy and get a good lifestyle. I had dropped down to about 176lbs and then got mentally depressed over time, I started cutting down further to 138lbs , my all time low and worst health I was in mentally and physically. I then started looking into bodybuilding and realizing I had a passion for it. I realized I needed to start eating and stop starving myself or id never make it in bodybuilding and id never gain strength. I then started researching more into my disability and found out there has still yet to be a CMT bodybuilder that gets his/hers IFBB pro card.

That is my goal. My goal I am working tords is to get my IFBB pro card and one day make it to the Olympia. Thats my goal in my journey. I wish to inspire people with any disorder or disability that it is not to be written off as a loosing battle. I don't care that this is a progressive disease. I will work harder every second of every day, I have already hit records in the gym I never thought I could. Ive done 235lbs on bench press, Ive deadlifted 315lbs+ every done 85lb dumbbells on incline db press. I have proven I can keep up with friends and have even surpassed some friends who have no issues. I will make it one day and that's my promise to myself. I thank you for taking time to read this if you'd like to follow my journey my Instagram is CMT_motivation15

IMy goal is not to gloat or show off but to inspire everyone I can and help people along the way.

    God bless you all!

I’ve been experimenting with fatigue management and noticed that diet plays a big role for me. I’m currently testing creatine vs no creatine to see how my muscles respond during and after workouts. Some days I feel stronger, but I’m still figuring out if it’s the creatine or just better rest.
