On a thread on the First Year board someone wrote about Preschoolian shoes and mentioned a 40% multiple discount. I went to their website, like their approach, and wrote regarding the discount, which I couldn't locate. Below is the message I received back (w/in 12 hours). That's what i call customer-centric bahavior!

Has anyone bought these shoes? Your thoughts? My girls are 'assisted walkers'; who knows if it will be a week or two months before they're actually marching on their own!

I'm excited (and also a bit sad, where did my little babies go?) to be here!

Wow...that's great. I myself haven't used those shoes but have heard great things. I believe they're similiar to robeez and such and I've loved the boys' robeez.

Can you only order preschoolians online or do they sell them in stores?

They look awesome and much better for my son than the robeeze which are way too tight around the ankles for him.

 

I think I ordered from them a couple years ago when they were having a great sale. Not sure.

But anyway...welcome to the 1-4!

Our first two pairs per boy were Preschoolians.

Pros: they're cute, see-through bottom so you know exactly when you need to replace them, they are EXTREMELY flexible, they offer custom color options

Cons: the leather is so soft that it scuffs easily, their customer service is HORRENDOUS, they don't monitor supply levels or maintain any inventory so it's hit and miss whether you'll get your order quickly or never, they're not as "green" as they claim to be (excessive packaging)

Neutral: the shoes are all very wide and roomy which is awesome if your kids have wide feet but a disaster if they have narrow feet -- go with velcro closures for wide and elastic laces for medium width (best to shop elsewhere for narrow)
