I'm 34 weeks pregnant and have been super fortunate to feel good throughout my pregnancy. However the last week or so all the joints in my fingers have been so terribly stiff and sore. They're a bit swollen, but not horrible. My knuckles/joints actually hurt so bad that I can't even straighten my fingers out!!! Has anyone else experienced this??:

OUCH! I had the same exact thing, but I had it AFTER my girls were born?? I even went as far as going to my Dr & getting x-rays of my fingers to make sure I didn't have arthritis!!!
Using ice packs on my fingers really helped & I also took Aleve (you could ask about taking Tylenol & how much).
As usual with anything out of the ordinary that comes up, I would mention to your Dr so that they know :good:
Hope you feel better....I remember how bad it hurt!!!

Weird - I am 33 weeks just woke up with this same thing today for the first time. I can definitely straighten my fingers, but they are sore and stiff. I figured it was just swelling/bloating.

I have the same issue. Knuckles just seems to have gotten bigger and it hurts to try to straighten too much or clench my fist. My ankle hurts too, like I've sprained it or something.

I had it mostly after they were born but yes it hurts. If it becomes unbearable you can call your ob and ask for safe pain relief suggestions.

I wonder if you can take glucosamine & chondroitin (no idea how to spell that???) while preg. I think that can really help with joint pain.
