My DD is a genius!

Alexis can count to TEN! Well, almost. She gets 8 and 9 mixed up but I figure, at 23 months, that's awesome! She's going to be my little math prodigy! Alana counts to four and then starts randomly naming numbers. I think she is going to be our music prodigy. She sits with her little Pooh Bear piano and tries to play "Happy" (If you're happy and you know it) and pauses at the right time and sings "Clap Hands" and then puts her fingers on her cheeks and wags her head and sings "Face." When she's done she applauds herself and starts again. It's so cute!

They can both get up to "K" in the alphabet by themselves, further with me or DH or Elmo. And they sing along with songs by the time they've heard them twice! They're SO smart!!!

 

Wow, what smart little cookies!! I'll be happy if my boys are just talking at 23 months :lol:

Way to go kiddies!! And way to go mama!!!! Looks like you and dear hubby have done a great job of teaching and exposing your kids to some great educational/musical fun!!!
