I'm so frustrated with trying to find shoes for my DD. She has super tiny feet and they are narrow. Everything that we have tried is so wide that she looks like she's wearing clown shoes. She'll trip over herself.

We went to Stride Rite yesterday because I thought they would be professionals about helping us. Their solution was that they shoes fit fine, but we should just buy 1/2 size smaller. WHAT!?!? They must not have been looking at the same fee that I was. We went to Nordstrom next and they said that they didn't really have anything for narrow feet and told us to go to Stride Rite. Grrr. We have already tried (and returned) several pairs of shoes from Preschoolians. They told me that their shoes are too wide for her.

I need shoes for narrow feet. Where can I find them?

I'm not sure what style you are looking for, but I have noticed that the New Balance tennis shoes are more narrow than the other brands. I usually have to buy the wide for my kids, and they don't have wide feet.

my kids have super wide feet so i understand your pain...just different fitting issues. My bestfriend's little girl has tiny feet and she wears robeez or robees (spelling?) BUT, i think they have soft bottoms...it doesn't bother her too much, but I can't imagine that is good for her feet. Wish I could help...maybe try googling it...you might find some custom fitted shoe stores or something??!!??

Have you tried Pedipeds? Nordstroms carries them and you can try them on before buying. They tend to run a little large but my girl wear the next size down.

Both my girls are about the same age as yours and have the same size feet 3 and they are very, very narrow. I actually couldn't find a pair that fit them other than the pedipeds. They wear size 0-6 months currently. Yes they have a soft bottom but they fit perfect. Try them and see how they do.

I believe that Stride-Rite carries narrow fitting shoes.

We have narrow feet too. Pedipeds is really all that fits well. At first they seemed a little large, but after wearing them for a day or two they were sort of form fitting...if that makes any sense.

When Amy was a size 3, I got her shoes at Target. Granted, she did not get professionally measured, but they seemed to fit fine and she liked wearing them. And they only cost $12! I don't know if she has really narrow feet, but they are certainly not wide, and not very fat (unlike Sarah's).

I have no idea! I wish I knew! Michael has triple EEE wide feet and Mikayla has AA narrow (both in size 6 right now). I can find the extra wide for Michael at Stride Rite and I've been on ebay. But poor Mikayla! My twins are like night and day with their feet. Her shoes are always clown feet. They are all too big and fall off of her...but she needs the length of a 6 because they are looooonnnngggg feet and very narrow!

When they were little we got her Robeez and they seemed Ok, better than any shoe we get now. We need narrows too, maybe I'll try the pedi ones that the pp talked about.

Thanks a bunch. Stride Rite didn't say anything about having narrow shoes. Maybe I had a poorly educated helper there?

    I'll look into pedipeds. :)
