For the past few days I noticed some dried crusty stuff on my nipples. I didn't pay much attention and thought it was dry skin. Well, last night when I was getting ready to take a shower, I squeezed one of my nipples (sorry, TMI...lol) and a few drops of liquid came out. You gotta LOVE that!

I never had that with the twins...probably b/c I delievered close to the gestation I'm at right now, so I probably never it made it far enough to leak. Hopefully this is all that happens before I actually have milk come in...maybe this will mean I will just be an awesome breastfeeder and produce the same amount as a cow...lol!!! Just kidding. I had such poor productin when pumping with the twins, one can always hope!

You have to remember that some women do not pump well, but have enough milk to breastfeed! My SIL had issues with breastfeeding (I think a lot of them were vanity) with her first child and leaked a lot while pregnant. I had no supply issues at all and never really leaked. I had a drop occasionally at bathtime. Get some nursing pads!

It's a total body experience, isn't it? You made me laugh with your TMI comment. I've done the same thing!

Heck I'm only 16 weeks and already doing it!! LOL And having stuff come out too! I was thinking of pumping even before the baby came (I know bad) if enough came out and start my stash EARLY!! LOL

I started leaking with my twins at 32 weeks and my supply was alright. It freaked me out the first time, I was getting ready for a Dr visit and hadnt put my shirt or bra on yet. As I was putting my makeup on I felt something dripping on my feet, I thought there was a leak in the ceiling and then noticed the leak was coming from me.

You body is just getting ready, while its a little "eww" take it as a good thing!

Wow, I hope this means your supply is good when the baby comes.

I'm sure you will be fine... for 1. many women can't pump as much as a baby can take out of them... I know I've always been a lousy pumper...2. this is the second round for you...and many women have trouble getting their supply up for a first time pg. The second time around your body knows what it is doing a little bit more! I'm sure you'll do great!
