my boys are here

    yesterday i woke up with a bad headache and high bp so i called the dr he said come in and we will check you little did i know i was contracting however i wasn't dialated at all i the office they monitored me in the office on the fetal monitors then said go over to the hospital so away we went ! so i got to the hospital around 12 pm and they set me up my contractions started getting stronger and i started dialating yikes right !!! so the ob and the peri said no need to stop this labor we are going to take them today i was like so scared !!!! they wheeled me back at 3pm and at 3:53 Ross Christopher was born weighing in at 5lbs 5 oz 18 !/2 inches then at 3:58 Cole Michael was born weighing in at 5lbs 12oz 19 inches they are doing very well no oxygen breathing room air other than a little help with feedings once in awhile they are thinking that they will come home with me on friday i am recovering very well been up 3 times today easier every time i will post pictures when i can !!! they are beautiful

    Congrats! Your story gives me so much hope. Everybody I talk to (who doesn't have twins of their own) tells the horror stories of bedrest and messy deliveries. It sounds like everything went beautifully for you. It's great to hear that mom and babies are all doing well!
