My boys are here!

    My boys are finally here!! They arrived on November 4th at 37 weeks and 5 days!! Baby A - Izak Phillip weighed 5 lbs. 3 oz. and Baby B - Aaden Mark weighed 6 lbs. even!! Both boys are doing really well and were able to come home with me right away! They are having steady weight gains and stealing every piece of my heart!!! :wub:

    Thank you all for the great support and I've enjoyed coming to this forum! I'm moving on to the twins first year so hope to see you all there! Good luck and God speed ... :hug:
