My Boys Are Growing Up!

I weighed the boys on Tuesday after a panic attack (thought that since Caleb was so much smaller than Braxton that he wasn't gaining). Caleb is 12lb8oz and Braxton is a whopping 14lb7oz. They were 4.11 and 5.8 at birth and have been breastfed exclusively since they were 10 days old. I'm so proud!


Just a couple of pictures:
The first two are of Caleb showing off his new-found thumb-sucking skills. The second two are Braxton in his big boy exersaucer for the first time!

I have a thumb-sucker, too, and am hoping the other one takes it up -- it's so great for self-soothing.

It's funny, mine are exactly the same age, and were born with the same weights -- and are now still the same weights as yours, except my smaller one is now the bigger one.

 

Seriously two of the cutest kids I have ever seen in my life... and I am not just saying that. They are beautiful babies!!!

they are sooo cute! il ove the padding in the exersaucer; my girls LOVE theirs and it buys mama some peaceful minutes. we call it 'going to their offices', because they work so intently on all the toys!

My husband just said that! He said that Braxton looks like he's a businessman working away at his cluttered desk Unfortunately, it hasn't bought us any peaceful moments alone because our boys insist on having human contact every mintute of the day no matter how much fun they're having.

 

Oh, how adorable! And all on mom's milk! Are you sure you're not making cream or eggnog?
