My birth story

    Well my time has finally come and boy has it all been worth it. My little boy's are finally here!!! :banana: So here it goes my lil' ones birth story.

    Well Saturday night was very uneventful and all of a sudden out of nowhere I was having very strong and bad contractions, I think they were 8 in an hour and they were so strong that I knew my back and uterus was going to explode. LOL But any way they were as frequent and but were still there and all night long was very hard to get comfortable and awoke to a rock hard stomach. So I went to the bathroom and when I went to wipe myself my mucus plug came out. I was cool and than I realized that I just might be in labor and not know it and all kinds of stuff start to run through my head. So I called my doctor and told her what happened and she decided to send me to the the ER and get checked out. Well since I hadn't eaten anything since the day b4 so I stopped at Mickey D's and got a large sweet tea and medium fry. Got to the ER and went to l & d was monitor and checked and was finger tip and 40 percent thinned, then boy oh boy it begun those darn contractions and yes they were kicking my bleep!!! Well my doctor was finally called and they scheduled my section for 8 pm that night. I was prepped at 7:30 and it was a strange feeling not being able to move my lower body. Well my section took about an hour and I was able to watch everything that was going on from the reflection from one of the lights that was over me. Well baby a Samuel was born a 8:28 pm and weighed 5lbs 16oz 19 inch long and baby b Emanuel was born at 8:29 pm and weighed 6lbs 1oz 19 inch long. Both of my boys were 100% healthy which was such a blessing. I was in so much pain after the surgery and that is all I’m going to say because I don’t want to scare any one, but now I’m doing much better.

    But now that I am no longer expecting I guess I will move over to the first years forum and I just want to thank everyone for all of there support and help, and wish everyone else nothing but luck.

    Congratulations!! I'm glad everything went so well! How far along were you? Make sure to save your birth story for their baby books! :)

    I was exactly 38 wks and my section was schuled for that Tuesday I delivered the day before Memorial's Day!

    Don't forget to go for McD's tea and fries each year on their birthday!!! I loved that detail :)!

    McD's tea is so awesome! LOL
    Congratualtions on the babies! Another awesome birth story and I agree, go back to McD's every year on their birthday as your own little treat.
