My Baby is here!

    Hi everyone,

    We have been out of the loop since Friday, but just wanted to share my news. Getting Ginger here was a bit traumatic, but we are all doing great now!

    Ginger Aileen
    7 lb 2 oz (so much for my by gestational diabetes baby!)
    born Friday, May 29th 1:08 am

    I've got my birth story and pics on my blog if you want to take a look. We are going home from the hospital tomorrow!

    How wonderful! Congratulations. Sorry it was such a difficult experience, but I'm glad the end result was a happy baby and a healthy mama. Please keep us posted - helps us know what we have to look forward to ourselves!

    Wow that was quite the birth and after birth! I'm glad you and your new little girl are both doing well! Ginger is such a great, cute name! And she's very pretty! CONGRATS!!!!
