well, the other night i had a dream that my twins leaped out of their crib and started attacking me and trying to kill me, and I had to fight them off like they were zombies or something. I am chalking this up to a severe lack of sleep and feeling like I can't take care of my little ones like I should being a new momma. I've been at this for a little over 3 weeks now and it seems like I will never get any sleep, and that dream just freaked me out.

Anyone else have strange dreams since you brought your twins home? And when do they start sleeping through the night? Will Dh and I ever get any sleep?

hahaha I havent had any dreams that theyre trying to kill me... yet, but I have had dreams about dropping them or them falling out of my bed. I guess its the same thing sleep deprivation with a bit of 'new mommy paranoia'!

 My dreams(nightmares) usually consisted of me leaving a baby somewhere!

I had dreams that I was rolling over on top of them. It was weird because they have never been in our bed! It is a lack of sleep!

You are doing a great job Momma

 I'm sure it's the lack of sleep! I've had weird dreams too when I was sleep deprived, don't worry, one day you will get sleep. Just keep on doing the great job you are doing! :hug99:

Oh, I've had all kinds of crazy dreams!

    - Lots of dreams about vampires (I'm BFing, hmm)

    - Dreamed that a baby Voldemort was attacking me and I shoved him in a kitchen drawer

    - Many many dreams that I've gone out for hours and hours and left the babies home alone, and I realize it and feel horrible

You will get sleep, hang in there. :hug99: It won't be too long until they start giving you some longer stretches at night. Can you & DH work out some system so that you can both get some sleep? Taking turns with feedings works for some, or doing shifts... Anyway, you are not crazy!
