My babies are here!

    So I never posted my birth story which I always think about but never have the energy/time to do.

    ok here goes..........scheduled c-section at 38.2 weeks on Tuesday August 5th. left the hospital after 3 days, on friday. only took pain medication for tuesday, wednesday and thursday. really the only pain i had was gas pain- which is horrible shoulder pain, btw. I gained a total of 23pds and lost it all before I left the hospital.

    Rachel Eva
    6pds 1oz
    20"

    Ellie Samantha
    6pds 5oz
    19"

    I'm sorry I'm rambling but both babies are quiet and I get to eat dinner now in peace!!

    p.s. I'm exclusively breastfeeding!!! :lol:

    Welcome to FY! Congrats on your little ones. Glad to hear that it all went so well. Definately check out the B/F forum for advice, if you haven't yet. They are great! Good for you to be exclusively nursing them both! Sounds like you are doing awesome!
