Hi everyone! I had my 28 week appt today and Dr. says that Both babies are measuring at 26 weeks... Is this usually common?? I see alot of mom's measuring bigger.. It kinda scares me. Although Dr. says everything is fine. Cervix looks great. Baby A weighs 2.3 lbs and Baby B 2.5. Overall though he insured me everything is OK!

Just curious. Wanting to know what everyone experienced. Thanks!!!

At 27 weeks 3 days my babies measured 2.9 and 2.11. They have always measured a little ahead.
But as long as they are both similar in size and the dr. isnt worried it is fine-maybe they are a little off with the conception date or something-
Plus u/s's can be a little off-they are very sensitive.
Glad it went well and your cervix is good!

Not everyone grows at the same rate. The pp made a great point. It is more to see them the same (or similar) sizes at this point than the actual weight. The weights will vary depending on the sonographer. Just a little low on the abdomen etc and the measurements will be off.
Try not to worry! You are looking great!

I think when you see moms measuring bigger, that's their fundal height, which makes total sense because you're using a scale for one to measure two. Typically (as I understand it) our little pairs of pumpkins will be slightly smaller than the average baby just because they have to share. Your weights sound great!

    Good job momma! :woohoo:

Ditto jordynsmama. And yeah, at my appt today, baby A was measuring a week ahead and Baby B a week behind--putting them two weeks apart, but the doctor says it was fine. He said they look for both babies to be above the 10th percentile, and no more than a 20% difference between the two. So it sounds like yours are good!

 Ultrasound measurements can definitely be off. If your Dr wasn't worried I wouldn't be concerned. GL!
