My dudes are 16 months and had been using polyvisol for a muiltivitamin. However, I have been very bad at giving it to them lately because I used to put it in their bottles and we have been done with bottles for awhile. Does anyone know if I can put that in their sippies with milk or can I start using they chewy multi-vitamins?

    Thanks!

On the Flintstones Vitamins FAQ they say their My First Flintstones product is for age 2-3. I don't know if that means the dosage is wrong for under 2, or that the chewables are not appropriate for under 2. :unknw:

We have well water, so we have to get a prescription for a multi with fluoride. They give it to us in liquid form with a dropper, and my guys really like the taste. They open up their mouths for it like little birds every morning. So give the liquid a try by itself, they might like it. You could probably also add it to milk/water sippies, or to juice to mask the taste if they don't like it.

My DD had to take Poly Vi Sol with iron and we were able to sneak it in her milk for a bit until she caught on and then we put it in yogurt or pudding. Once she was closer to 2 (around 22 months or so) we switched her to Flintstones vitamins.

I give DS polyvisol & I just squeeze it into his mouth. I read somewhere that it tastes like maple syrup, but I haven't checked that personally. He takes it just fine though so it must not taste too bad.

I bought some Flintstones chewable vitamins for him & they are too hard for him to chew (he only has 2 molars). DD has 4 molars in & she eats them just fine.
